court’s award of attorney fees and costs in favor of defendants/plaintiffs-in-
reconvention/appellees, Catherine Davidson and 1921 Jackson Street, LLC. Costs
of this appeal are assigned to Ms. Davidson and 1921 Jackson Street, LLC.
REVERSED.
