Opinion

BRADLEY, Judge.

The judgment of this court 464 So.2d 90, was reversed on January 4, 1985 by the Supreme Court of Alabama 464 So.2d 92, and the cause remanded to this court for further proceedings.

After further consideration and in accordance with the opinion of the supreme court, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
