Opinion
Section 48.193(l)(f)(l), Florida Statutes (1987), applies only to injuries that occur within this state as a result of acts or omissions that occur outside the state. Jurisdiction under section 48.193(l)(f)(l) does not depend on the residency of the injured individual; the situs of the injury determines the forum.
Affirmed.
