Opinion
Suzette Rivera appeals the trial court’s Order Denying Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Void Default Judgment against Hector Rivera and Motion to Intervene on Part of Hector.
We affirm the order insofar as it denied the motion to intervene and, based upon lack of jurisdiction, dismiss the appeal of the denial of her motion to vacate default.
AFFIRMED in part; DISMISSED in part.
