ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the Department of Revenue’s, on behalf of Carolina Rivera, proper confession of error, we vacate the Final Administrative Support Order and remand to the lower tribunal for a new hearing before the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Final order vacated and case remanded with instructions.
