Opinion
Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents, with leave to the appellant, however, to purge himself of contempt within 30 days after service of a copy of the order with notice of entry thereof. We note, however, that any by-laws which may be adopted are subject to the existing contract rights of the defendant Storer. Concur — Breitel, J. P., Botein, Rabin, Yalente and Bergan, JJ.
