In an action to set aside a judgment and for other relief, defendant appeals from an order dismissing the complaint insofar as said order grants leave to serve an amended complaint. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MaeCrate and Beldock, JJ., concur.
