Riggs v. City of Florence
27 Kan. 194
Opinion
The judgment in this case must be affirmed, on the authority of Jansen v. The City of Atchison, 16 Kas. 384, because it nowhere appears that the city had any notice of the defect, or knowledge of facts sufficient to put it upon inquiry, long enough before the time of the injury to repair the bridge.
