In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of nylon hair nets similar in use to manufactures of silk and following the principles set forth in United States v. Sternberg Bros. (47 CCPA 47, C.A.D. 727), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained, except as to entry B. 71726, which was withdrawn from warehouse after September 13, 1958, the effective date of the enactment of T.D. 54676.
