Opinion
Appellant challenges the trial court’s adverse summary judgment. Our review of the record leads us to conclude that there has not been negated the existence of genuine issues of material fact. We therefore reverse the final summary judgment and remand this cause for further proceedings. St. Clair v. Smith, 445 So.2d 1113 (Fla. 2d DCA 1984).
