Opinion

By the Court.—Freedman, J.

The facts of this case and the questions involved are in all respects the same as those of the case by the same plaintiffs against the Home Ins. Co., decided at the present term of court.

The judgment appealed from should be reversed, the order of reference vacated, and a new trial ordered,, with costs to appellants to abide the event.

Speir, J., concurred.
