Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The plaintiffs, William H. Richardson- and Royal Motel, Inc., appeal from an order-granting summary judgment for the defendants, Saul Cooper and Ida Cooper.

The court has carefully considered the record on appeal, the briefs and oral argument of counsel for the parties. From-such consideration we find no reversible.error.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, C. J., ANDREWS, J., and: WILLSON, JESSE H., Associate Judge, concur.
