Government contract; breach of contract.

Upon plaintiff’s offer to compromise, which was accepted by the defendant, and on a stipulation by the parties and a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the sum of $19,626.50.
