12 Plaintiff, ORDER TO SUBMIT APPLICATION 13 v. TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS OR PAY FILING FEE WITHIN 45 DAYS 14 T. TAYLOR, et al.,
15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights action pursuant to Bivens 18 vs. Six Unknown Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Plaintiff has not paid the $405 filing fee or 19 submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 21 1. The Clerk’s Office shall send to Plaintiff the form for application to proceed in forma 22 pauperis. 23 2. Within forty-five (45) days of the date of service of this order, Plaintiff SHALL 24 submit the attached application to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and signed, or in the 25 alternative, pay the $405 filing fee for this action.
