Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This companion suit was consolidated for trial and appeal with Austin Miller et al. v. Colonial Pipeline Company, La.App., 173 So.2d 838. The motion of plaintiffs Albert B. Richard and Wilfred Richard to dismiss defendant’s, Colonial Pipeline Company’s, appeal is identical to that of the companion suit. For the reasons therein assigned, the motion to dismiss is denied.

Motion to dismiss appeal denied.
