Richard LLOYD, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
C.E. THOMPSON, Warden; Mary Sue Terry, Attorney General for
the State of Virginia, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 94-7333.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted April 20, 1995.
Decided May 22, 1995.

Richard Lloyd, appellant pro se.

Before WIDENER, WILKINSON, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915(d) (1988). We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Lloyd v. Thompson, No. CA-94-1063 (E.D. Va. Nov. 1, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
