Opinion
The orders made by the Circuit Court which were brqught here on writs of error by the respective parties are affirmed upon the grounds stated in the opinion of Judge Knappen, who pre[212] sided in the court below. We are satisfied with the reasons given by him, and adopt his opinion as a sufficient statement of the reasons •on which we approve and affirm the orders in question.
