LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction in district court of Angelina county for burglary; punishment, two years in the penitentiary. The record is devoid of bills of exception and statement of facts. The indictment properly charges the offense, and the charge of the court correctly submits the law. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
