Opinion

SAMFORD, J.

There are but two exceptions noted in the record, both of which were-to the introduction of evidence, and both clearly without merit, and not insisted upon. There was abundant evidence to sustain the verdict,, and we find no error in the record. The judgment is affirmed. Affirmed.
