Opinion

Per Curiam :

We think the learned judge gave a correct construction to the-will of Henry E. Bhein. It follows that there was no error in decreeing the appellee the sum found to be in tbe bands of the-appellant as executor. He has no just cause to complain of any part of the decree.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at tbe'costs of the appellant.
