FURTHER ORDERED that the request for vacatur be denied. Appellee has not shown entitlement to the “extraordinary remedy of vacatur.” U.S. Bancorp Mortg. Co. v. Bonner Mall P’ship, 513 U.S. 18, 26 (1994).
