Judgment reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is excessive, unless plaintiff stipulate within twenty days to reduce the judgment to the sum of $3,000, exclusive of taxed costs; in which event the judgment, as so modified, is unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Jenks, P. J., Burr, Thomas, Carr and Stapleton, JJ.
