Opinion

In accordance with the opinion of the Court October 3, 1949, ante page 516, on a stipulation filed by the parties, judgment for the plaintiff was entered for $21,739.84 as overpayment of income tax, plus $4,937.77 as overpayment of interest thereon, a total of $26,677.61, with interest from December 28,1943, as provided by law.
