Opinion

In an action for specific performance of alleged agreements to sell chattels located in certain stores, to assign certain accounts receivable, to assign leases and to grant leases, as to the said stores, and for other incidental relief, the appeal is from a judgment in favor of respondents rendered after trial. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ. [See 284 App. Div. 851.]
