In an action to recover on an agreement of purchase and sale of stock, judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits unanimously affirmed, with costs. Order denying plaintiff’s motion for a repolling of the jury and for a new trial, etc., unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
