Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse. In the instant case, the last record activity by or on behalf of appellant was on May 14, 1987. Thus, the trial court incorrectly entered an order of dismissal on [397]*397May 10, 1988, less than 365 days from the last record activity. Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.420(e).

REVERSED.
