Order granting motion of the plaintiff for alimony and counsel fee to the extent of directing defendant to pay a counsel fee in the sum of $500, and otherwise denying it, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
