Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We think that the papers upon which the attachment was originally granted were sufficient to sustain the attachment. Under these circumstances we feel justified in disregarding the irregularities in practice which occurred on the motion for a reargument. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
