912 So. 2d 613, 2005 Fla. App. LEXIS 12211, 2005 WL 1843287
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided August 5, 2005·No. No. 2D05-912·Published

Opinion

DAVIS, Judge.

Shannon Reiger appeals the summary dismissal in part and denial in part of her Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion, which raised several claims. We affirm and write to specify that the affir-mance of the dismissed claims is without prejudice to any right Reiger may have to file facially sufficient claims pursuant to rule 3.850.

Affirmed.
