Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse and remand with instructions that the jury verdict and judgment thereon be reinstated. Upon review of the reconstructed record approved by the trial court we find that there was competent substantial evidence to support the jury’s findings and that the trial court erred in finding to the contrary.
