Opinion
On September 2, 1971 the court issued an order entering judgment for plaintiff for quarters allowances, the determination of the amount of recovery being reserved pending further proceedings pursuant to Rule 131(c). In accordance with the order of the court, a memorandum report of the commissioner and a stipulation of the parties, it was ordered on December 13, 1971 that judgment be entered for plaintiff for $11,957.27.
