Opinion
Judgment reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to the appellant to abide the event. In our opinion, the plaintiff made out a prima facie case that entitled her to have the questions of negligence and contributory negligence submitted to the jury. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
