Opinion

SAMFORD, J.

The petitioner is held on a. warrant of the Governor of Alabama, issued, in response to a requisition of the Governor of the state of Georgia for the return of an escaped felon. There is no bill of exceptions. The proceedings sedm to be in all things regular. We find no error in the“ record, and the-judgment is affirmed. Affirmed.
