Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide event. Held, that it was reversible error to exclude the evidence of the subscribing witness to the codicil as to the soundness of mind and memory of the testator at the time he executed said codicil.
