Opinion

Per Cubiam,

This is an appeal from an order refusing to continue a pre[440]*440liminary injunction. The reasons expressed in the opinion oí the court refusing to continue the injunction are satisfactory to us, and we see no occasion to restore the injunction at this time.

Decree affirmed.
