Reddish v. Reddish

71 S.E. 764, 9 Ga. App. 465, 1911 Ga. App. LEXIS 181
Court of Appeals of Georgia·Decided June 29, 1911·No. 2924·Published

Opinion

Hill, D. J.

This being a possessory-warrant case, and there being some evidence that possession of the property involved was obtained from the plaintiff by fraud or other illegal means, the judgment of the superior court, overruling the certiorari and entering final judgment in favor of the defendant, will not be disturbed. Judgment affirmed.
