Opinion
This being a possessory-warrant case, and there being some evidence that possession of the property involved was obtained from the plaintiff by fraud or other illegal means, the judgment of the superior court, overruling the certiorari and entering final judgment in favor of the defendant, will not be disturbed. Judgment affirmed.
