Read v. Thompson
5 Pa. 327, 1847 Pa. LEXIS 58
Opinion
We have listened attentively to the arguments of the counsel of the plaintiff in error, and are of opinion the evidence offered by the defendant in error was properly received. We adopt the charge of the president judge, believing it strictly correct, and as favourable to the plaintiffs in error as the case, on the evidence, would warrant. Judgment affirmed.
