[793]*793 CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon the State’s proper confession of error, the case is reversed and remanded to the trial court for a new trial on the charge of second-degree misdemeanor criminal mischief. See § 924.05, Fla. Stat. (2001); Griffin v. Illinois, 351 U.S. 12, 76 S.Ct. 585, 100 L.Ed. 891 (1956); Bell v. State, 208 So.2d 474 (Fla. 1st DCA 1968).
