Order directing defendant to pay to plaintiff the sum of $100 as counsel fee and to defray expenses, for the purpose of enabling plaintiff to oppose an appeal taken by defendant from an order denying motion of defendant to vacate an order of sequestration, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Nolan, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 976.].
