Consolidated action for wrongful death of decedent and for damages for personal injuries suffered by appellant Isadore Rankell, individually, as a consequence of the collision of two trucks on a public highway in Rockland county. Judgment for the defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Close, JJ.
