JUDGMENT
Randy William Sharp, Appellant Appeal from the 115th District Court of Upshur County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 19448). No. 06-23-00242-CR v. Panel consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Chief Justice Stevens.
As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find reversible error in the judgment of the court below. Therefore, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the cause for further proceedings. We further order that the appellee, the State of Texas, pay all costs of this appeal.
