13 On February 6, 2024, the Court dismissed Plaintiffs civil rights complaint for failure to 14 || present a cognizable claim for relief. (ECF No. 9.) Plaintiff was granted 28 days to file an 3 15 || amended complaint, and warned that if he did not do so the case would be dismissed. He has not a 16 || filed an amended complaint, requested an extension of time, or shown cause why not.' This case 3 17 || 1s accordingly DISMISSED with prejudice. See WMX Technologies v.
