Opinion

In an action by four physicians to recover the reasonable value of services rendered to appellant Walter, an order was made granting plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment against her and directing a severance of the action against defendant Bartnett and judgment was entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
