Applicant filed his second writ of habeas corpus with the ll4th District Court of Smith County, Texas, around April of this year 2015, in the court of Honorable Christi Kennedy. Around May 28th, 2015 Applicant received brief from the ll4th, concerning their opinion on Applicants ll.O7, along with that came

The Gourt orders the Clerk of the Court to immediatly transfer to the Court

of Criminal Appeals:

l) a copy of the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus;

2) any answers and waivers executed by the State?

B) a copy of the files and docket sheets in the original cause of action and the files and docket sheets in the first Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus; and ij

anything fron\ you; stating that any Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus has
