Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The order under review is affirmed except to the extent that it references section 61.13016, Florida Statutes, as a potential remedy. We do not address any issues raised with respect to the future application of that statute in this case as that issue is not ripe for review. Neither do we address any issue raised relating to future attempts to enforce the judgment.

STONE, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
