Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Ramirez appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion for post conviction relief. We reverse and remand for further proceedings. The record indicates that the trial court summarily denied Ramirez’ motion without the presence of the attorney whom the court had previously appointed to represent him in his 3.850 motion.

Reversed and remanded.
