Opinion

THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge.

For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Ramelow v. State of Louisiana, Bd. Trustees, MSU, 03-1131 (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/31/04), 870 So.2d 415, the judgment of the trial court awarding liquidated damages and attorney fees is reversed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff, Dr. Ulku Ramelow.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
