Grubbs Constr., Inc., 174 So.2d 476 (Fla. 3d DCA 1965); see also Peacock Constr. Co. v. Modern Air Conditioning, Inc., 353 So.2d 840 (Fla.1977) (payment by owner to general contractor is not, ordinarily, a condition precedent to general contractor’s duty to pay subcontractor).
