Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Billie Jean Rains seeks review of the trial court’s order dismissing her motion to set aside the order distributing sale proceeds. We affirm the trial court’s dismissal of the motion without prejudice to Rains’ right to seek enforcement of her equitable lien, if any, in an appropriate proceeding against the subject property.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and ALTENBERND and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
