HARDY, Judge.

This is a habeas corpus proceeding and plaintiff appeals from judgment recalling the writ and rejecting her demands.

This action is a companion case to that of O’Pry v. O’Pry, La.App., 163 So.2d 807.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion in the above styled case the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
